Even though we have the computer and printing press, we still should preserve the art of writing by hand. A handwritten letter or paragraph gives the message a personalized touch, one that cannot be accomplished via typewriter or e-mail. Beautiful penmanship symbolizes beauty and harmony in a world of chaos. I believe that the art of penmanship should be implemented into the curriculum of our youth once again.
